Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, TTBASKETS. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price. TTBASKETS shall have the right to cancel or refuse any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has been charged, TTBASKETS will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
Order Acceptance Policy
Please note that TTBASKETS reserves the right to accept or decline your order without giving any reason despite any electronic documents relating to your order which you may have received in the mail.
Sales Taxes
TTBASKETS will automatically charge and withhold the applicable value added tax (VAT) for all orders. We do not sell duty free items.

Title: Risk of Loss
Title to goods herein being purchased passes to the purchaser upon delivery of the goods to the purchaser, unless otherwise specified. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected by TTBASKETS is TTBASKETS’s responsibility. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected by the Customer is Customer’s responsibility.
